• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing

• Experience managing multiple programs

• Proficiency in AI workflow management

• Strong data analysis skills

• A skill that you have significantly improved

• Excellent communication abilities

• Practical experience with Claude Code or n8n (Bonus)
