This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Take ownership and scale Builder Prime's demand generation engine along with sourced-pipeline metrics.
• Establish channel mix, recommend budget allocations for channels, and oversee daily demand-generation execution.
• Evaluate pipeline metrics, cost per lead, cost per MQL, channel launches and optimization, and campaign throughput.
• Broaden demand generation beyond paid search into platforms such as LinkedIn, paid social, TikTok, retargeting, bumper video, Gartner, G2, and other intent/review platforms.
• Lead the paid media agency by defining strategy, providing briefs, and managing performance outcomes.
• Enhance the lead-to-sale process and sales handoff for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise audiences with varying product interests.
• Collaborate with SDR and sales teams on follow-up cadence and service-level agreements.
• Establish and expand an account-based (ABX) approach for targeted accounts.
• Manage targeting logic and account selection to shift lead composition towards ideal customer profile accounts.
• Report directly to the SVP of Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven history of owning and achieving pipeline or MQL/SAL/SQL goals.
• Experience in planning and managing paid media channels, including paid search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, video, and intent platforms like Gartner and G2.
• Background in directing agencies or vendors within a budgetary framework.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing or ABX, encompassing target account definitions and sales coordination.
• Strong understanding of funnel and pipeline metrics, including MQL, SQL, conversion rates, cost per lead, and cost per MQL.
• Capability to utilize attribution for validating sourced pipeline.
• Proficient in building and interpreting dashboards and reports for demand and growth channels.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, focusing on lead routing, scoring, and sales flow.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize a dynamic workload and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing numerous projects and stakeholders with minimal support.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for company events, trade shows, and team gatherings.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in daily tasks.
• Ability to discern when AI-generated output needs review, refinement, or exclusion.
• Openness to experimenting with AI workflows and sharing insights.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and currently reside in the US.
• Preferred: Experience in SaaS and home improvement industries; expertise in mid-market or enterprise demand generation; familiarity with ABX/ABM platforms; knowledge of Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; structured funnel experiments; proficiency with business-management CRM software; experience with professional AI workflows, prompts, or automations; experience in early-stage startups.
