📋 Description

• Develop and execute ABX strategies across Enterprise and upper mid-market segments, focusing on ICP tiers, target lists, and tiered plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), alongside intent activation. Create an integrated program mix that includes digital advertisements, nurturing efforts, direct mail, ABX field events, executive experiences, partner co-marketing, and active account plans in collaboration with AEs and SDRs for multi-threaded outreach.

• Manage paid media, creative, and digital initiatives. Plan, optimize, and report on campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, retargeting, and review-site programs. Collaborate with our paid search agency for Google and Bing campaigns. Bring strong creative skills to brainstorm campaigns, hooks, and offers that drive conversions. Conduct structured A/B tests and document successful strategies.

• Focus on funnel conversion and nurturing. Transform intent into MQLs, meetings, and SQLs through effective AI and Human SDR follow-up. Build nurture strategies based on persona and stage. Work closely with our Atlanta SDR hub on SLAs, routing, handoff quality, and the Agentic Inbound initiative, with flexibility for in-office presence.

• Design agentification and AI programs. Collaborate with the AI Hub team to create and manage agents that scale demand programs. Document your campaign strategies, ABX initiatives, and nurture sequences into the operational logic of a fleet of agents, minimizing repetitive tasks through automation.

• Oversee martech vendor and stack management. Daily management of the ABX and martech vendor ecosystem, including scope, performance, QBRs, renewals, and contract economics. Ensure vendors are accountable for achieving pipeline outcomes.

• Generate insights, make decisions, and produce reports. Work with RevOps to build campaign- and program-level reporting, analyzing funnel performance, identifying insights, diagnosing movement, and making recommendations for adjustments. Present clear, actionable insights for weekly leadership updates and document post-program learnings after each initiative.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, including at least 2 years managing ABX or account-based programs from start to finish, demonstrating a proven impact on Enterprise pipeline.

• Practical ABX expertise, including ICP design, 6sense (or similar), multi-threaded outreach, field events, and executive programs.

• Extensive experience in paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, retargeting, and review sites. Confident in owning channel strategies and collaborating with paid agencies.

• Creative and insightful in campaign development, possessing a knack for advertising. Able to brainstorm compelling campaigns, hooks, and offers that stand out, with a keen eye for creative that converts.

• Capable of interpreting metrics like a narrative. Comfortable analyzing funnel data and articulating findings on performance, causation, and necessary actions.

• Ability to integrate and enhance existing processes. Quickly adapt to established workflows, enhance effective methods, and introduce innovative ideas.

• Proficient in marketing operations with HubSpot and Salesforce. Skilled in designing workflows, attribution, and reporting, while collaborating closely with RevOps on shared systems.

• Experience in vendor management across ABX, Ops, and martech stacks. Capable of scoping, negotiating, holding partners accountable, and managing performance.

• Expertise in orchestrating AI agents and technology. Proven ability to leverage AI for building, scaling, and managing marketing programs in operational settings, not just experimental. Familiarity with tools like Qualified, TOFU.hq, Clay, UserGems, and agentic workflow platforms (Claude, n8n, Make, or custom agents).

• Strong communicator across functions. Capable of writing clearly, presenting effectively to executives, and building collaborative relationships with Sales, RevOps, and SDR leaders.

• Strategic and practical. Able to design programs and execute them effectively, equally comfortable with strategy and implementation.

• Brings genuine enthusiasm. Enjoys collaborating with colleagues, celebrates team successes, and enhances team dynamics simply by being present.
