Senior Deal Strategy Manager, APJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to design deals that enhance revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Evaluate, analyze, and authorize non-standard deals, providing insights on deal structuring, contract terms, and negotiation tactics.

• Guarantee a seamless and effective deal approval process.

• Track and assess deal performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance Deal Desk processes and policies.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings, pricing models, and competitive landscape.

• Work alongside the Deal Desk leader to execute Deal Desk policies, procedures, and tools to promote efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies, and revenue recognition regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.

• Over 6 years of experience as a Deal Desk Manager.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.

• Extensive experience with non-standard deal structuring, contract terms, and negotiation strategies.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Background in process improvement and policy development.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
