This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Take ownership of intricate, non-standard agreements from start to finish β including multi-product transactions, pricing exceptions, and deals necessitating cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal.
β’ Act as the main escalation contact for Deal Desk Associates regarding deal structure, quotations, and approval inquiries.
β’ Utilize commercial acumen to approve discounts and pricing exceptions, ensuring that deals align with company policies and revenue targets.
β’ Create and sustain detailed quotes in CPQ, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and compliance during high-volume periods.
β’ Manage and oversee the Closed Won process β ensuring order accuracy, data integrity within Salesforce, and compliance with established workflows.
β’ Supervise the Deal Desk case queue, upholding SLA standards and efficiently handling a large volume of tickets with precision.
β’ Conduct enablement sessions for Sales representatives on Deal Desk processes, CPQ quoting, and best practices.
β’ Engage in deal reviews, providing deal-level insights for discussions with Sales leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms and pricing structures for particular deals.
β’ Contribute to the development of Deal Desk SOPs and internal documentation, identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements to the Lead and Senior Manager.
β’ Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing operations to guarantee accurate and timely deal execution.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within an Enterprise SaaS/B2B environment.
β’ Extensive knowledge in CPQ quoting β including complex quote creation, multi-product configurations, pricing logic, and resolution of quoting issues.
β’ Strong proficiency in Salesforce as a power user β accurately managing cases, accounts, opportunity data, and order records even at high volumes.
β’ Solid grasp of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management.
β’ Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume Deal Desk queue while maintaining quality, particularly during End of Month, Quarter, and Year End; familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools such as Notion and Jira/Atlassian is an advantage.
β’ Commercially savvy, with a history of balancing Sales speed with deal integrity in complex and non-standard scenarios.
β’ Recognized by Sales as a trusted advisor β providing clear and confident guidance on deal structure and contract alternatives.
β’ Effective communicator capable of collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Legal without delaying deal progress.
β’ An enthusiastic knowledge-sharer who enjoys mentoring others and elevating the team's performance.
β’ Exhibits strong automation and AI skills.
β’ Fluent in written and spoken English.
β’ While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is viewed as a plus.
