This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to the Growth, Enterprise, and Strategic Sales teams regarding deal structuring and the negotiation of intricate transactions.
• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of business, collaborating closely with Sales leaders to support, guide, and monitor significant deal negotiations.
• Evaluate proposed deals, provide constructive feedback and coaching, ensure adherence to published policies, and make decisions to approve, reject, or escalate deals based on sound business judgment.
• Analyze commercial redlines and draft terms as necessary to facilitate deal closures.
• Uphold established procedures to guarantee data integrity and consistency across completed opportunities.
• Ensure that contracts and accompanying documents are fully executed and uploaded to the contract management system.
• Become a subject matter expert in the CPQ tool, supporting its configuration and functionality.
• Provide training for new Account Executives on the processes of opportunity creation and bookings.
• Coordinate the flow of information among Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Ensure that the deal review and approval processes comply with company policies and standards.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of deal desk policies, processes, and procedures.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance and support the deal process.
• Investigate, pilot, and advocate for the use of Agentic AI tools to improve deal review, contract analysis, approval routing, and cross-functional coordination. You may not have all the answers, but you need to be asking the right questions.
• 5–10+ years of experience in the Software/SaaS sector, with exposure to Deal Desk, Finance, or Revenue Operations.
• Capability to understand and draft contractual business terms and conditions.
• Proven track record in managing high deal volumes and meeting tight deadlines, particularly at quarter-end.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Analytical, self-driven, and confident in making decisions based on data.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated curiosity or practical experience with AI tools, whether that's utilizing LLMs for expedited contract review, exploring workflow automation, or simply keeping up with how AI is transforming enterprise operations.
