This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as a reliable advisor and primary resource for deal structures, pricing, order form creation, and contract options that aid in closing deals.
• Act as the main contact for Sales inquiries concerning deal structures, opportunity bookings, subscription management, and license deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales to navigate intricate deal cycles and partner with essential internal stakeholders to meet deal requirements.
• Oversee the quote review process, ensuring Salesforce opportunities, quotes, and order forms reflect accurate deal structures, metrics, and subsequent bookings.
• Examine sales-assisted contracts for precision and intent, including commercial terms, price locks, billing conditions, revenue recognition criteria, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand deal intent, provide advice on pricing and packaging options, and troubleshoot quoting challenges in Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, or related tools.
• Assist in the comprehensive quote-to-cash process with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Ecosystem, and other partners to resolve issues related to subscriptions, invoicing, and collections.
• Evaluate deal and quoting data to identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes or configurations.
• Engage in regional sales forecasting calls, quarterly business reviews, and end-of-quarter standups, offering updates on deal statuses, risks, and necessary actions.
• Work hours that align with the GMT+10 time zone.
• Proven experience in supporting quoting, pricing, opportunity booking, subscription management, and bookings within Deal Desk, billing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a comparable quote-to-cash role.
• Capability to provide guidance on discounting and pricing, including a solid understanding of standalone selling prices and profitability ranges.
• Proficient CPQ skills and technical expertise, preferably including Zuora or similar tools; familiarity with consumption-based structures is advantageous.
• Practical experience with Salesforce in creating and reviewing quotes, managing opportunities, and troubleshooting data or process challenges.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts and comprehend how legal and commercial terms, such as price locks and term commitments, impact deal structures, pricing, bookings, and approvals.
• Competence in validating or recreating scenarios using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying root causes of quote-to-cash issues.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles in a SaaS context.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Ecosystem, and Revenue teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and build trust with Sales teams in a collaborative remote setting.
• Familiarity with enterprise deal structures and legal terms that influence contract frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in accordance with Sales expectations and evolving business requirements.
