Senior Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• You will serve as a vital partner to the EMEA Sales Team, functioning as a thought leader and subject matter expert on executing effective deals:

• Evaluating deal terms, risks, and potential opportunities

• Offering guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract conditions.

• Ensuring that deals are structured to optimize value for the company while minimizing risk

• Overseeing the approval process for non-standard terms

• Collaborating with Sales teams to establish general pricing guidelines, overall transaction qualifications, and reviewing prepared quotes for accuracy on both complex and standard deals.

• Leading deal reviews, making sure that all non-standard commercial terms are evaluated, approved, and thoroughly documented

• Working alongside Legal to finalize contracts, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies - actively managing contract and execution risks

• Collaborating closely with BizOps to

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation to streamline the deal management process and increase throughput

• Managing daily ticket volume, providing appropriate guidance and escalating issues to the Head of Deal Desk when necessary

• Contributing to the future direction of the team, including decisions on team tools, playbook, and structure

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a high-performing Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops teams within a rapidly growing, global tech company

• A demonstrated history of enabling Sales teams to achieve measurable improvements in deal velocity and revenue growth

• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving

• Highly effective communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Proficient in building relationships and collaborating to achieve results

• Capable of articulating concepts clearly and convincingly at all organizational levels

• Strong attention to detail

• Skilled in thinking on your feet in uncertain situations

• Excellent at working independently, considering the time zone differences with the rest of the team

• Proven experience in leading and influencing at various organizational levels

• Ability to manage conflict and guide discussions towards productive outcomes
