Senior Data Service Center Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Analyze, transform, model, and visualize data to deliver precise, timely, and actionable insights.

• Design, implement, and continually enhance automated processes and scalable data solutions.

• Execute intricate data requests, which include data extraction, reconciliations, journal entry testing, and reporting tasks.

• Develop, document, test, and uphold processes that guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and sustainability.

• Collaborate with engagement teams and business stakeholders to propose data-driven strategies that align with strategic goals.

• Assess data quality, completeness, and reliability through suitable due diligence and validation practices.

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of data tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Mentor team members, conduct peer reviews, and offer guidance on analytics and automation initiatives.

• Educate both technical and non-technical stakeholders about the capabilities, limitations, and opportunities of data analytics.

• Manage priorities, communicate project status, meet service level commitments, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

• High level of expertise in Excel.

• Knowledge of accounting, audit, risk, and financial principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
