📋 Description

• Collaborate with Trade leaders to address intricate business challenges utilizing data, analytics, and quantitative decision-making.

• Focus on the development and implementation of Agentic AI solutions.

• Convert unclear business inquiries into structured analytical frameworks.

• Create AI-driven tools and workflows.

• Act as a reliable advisor to business stakeholders.

• Merge practical AI engineering expertise, robust statistical reasoning, business insight, and organized problem-solving to uncover and leverage trade insights.

• Prioritize the design and deployment of Agentic AI solutions through APIs.

• Conduct swift hypothesis generation, statistical evaluations, experimentation, and forecasting.

• Deliver clear recommendations that lead to measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, management consulting, business analytics, operations research, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Practical experience in designing, constructing, and implementing Agentic AI solutions, including the productionization of models and workflows via APIs.

• Proven track record of tackling complex business issues through statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of structuring vague problems into actionable analytical strategies.

• Experience in performing statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and experimental design.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in building and integrating APIs to deploy data and AI products into a production environment.

• Ability to distill large datasets into brief, actionable insights for both business and executive audiences.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience working directly with business leaders to prioritize opportunities and formulate data-informed recommendations.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Practical exposure to generative AI, agentic frameworks, or intelligent analytics platforms, with the capability to apply them to real-world business challenges.
