This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and implement LLM-based applications focused on conversational intelligence and insight generation.
• Construct multi-step AI workflows that encompass retrieval, orchestration, routing, and tool utilization.
• Establish and execute evaluation methodologies for LLM applications, addressing quality, reliability, safety, and value.
• Manage extensive structured and unstructured data utilizing tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and contemporary data platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to transition GenAI solutions from prototypes to fully operational systems.
• Produce clean, maintainable code while contributing to version control, documentation, and code reviews.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Convert intricate business challenges into production-ready AI solutions, advancing high-value use cases from conception to realization.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or PhD candidate in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong expertise in Python and contemporary AI application development methodologies.
• Proficient in handling natural language data and creating text-based products.
• Familiarity with both classic and cutting-edge NLP techniques, including text mining, word embeddings, and transformer-based models.
• Experience in LLM prompt engineering and architectural patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation and multi-agent designs.
• Practical experience in constructing tool-integrated and agent-based LLM workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, and modern cloud/data platforms.
• Proven experience in designing, evaluating, and supporting AI applications within production or enterprise settings.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Availability to work within the Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.
• A minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
