Senior Data Scientist – Contact Intelligence, Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Elevate Contact Intelligence as a core enterprise capability

• Convert customer interaction insights into quantifiable business results through analytics, experimentation, AI, and strategic problem-solving

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Digital, and Analytics

• Discover opportunities and assess their business impact

• Implement Contact Intelligence insights throughout the enterprise

• Identify and validate high-value use cases and their business impact

• Work with stakeholders to expand successful solutions

• Assess where the most significant opportunities are located

• Create analytical frameworks that support prioritization and decision-making

• Facilitate the integration of Contact Intelligence insights into products, operational processes, customer experience initiatives, strategic investments, and commercialization opportunities

• Undertake opportunity identification, solution incubation, business case development, experimentation, impact measurement, and value realization

• Build scalable applications powered by Contact Intelligence for both internal and external use cases

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, decision science, or applied AI/ML

• More than 3 years of practical experience with SQL and Python

• Experience in deploying analytics or AI solutions in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

• Practical experience applying LLMs, NLP, or GenAI techniques to text data for insight extraction

• Experience in deploying and maintaining models or analytical assets in production, including monitoring and iteration

• Capability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in developing analytical frameworks that influence business decisions, product strategy, operational enhancements, or customer experience outcomes

• Ability to organize ambiguous business challenges and convert them into analytical solutions

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern analytics or data science workflows

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
