• Grasp essential business challenges and opportunities while crafting data-driven solutions that align with strategic goals.

• Partner with leadership to establish the data science roadmap and set priorities.

• Construct, implement, and sustain machine learning models aimed at forecasting trends, optimizing processes, and enhancing business outcomes.

• Examine large, intricate datasets to derive actionable insights.

• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide advice, develop, and consistently enhance the data science pipeline to support team.blue’s analytics requirements.

• Work alongside business leaders, product teams, and engineers to ensure data solutions fulfill business needs.

• Keep abreast of developments in data science, AI, and machine learning to elevate team capabilities.

• Convert complex data into business value and influence organizational decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in the field of data science.

• Demonstrated success in resolving complex business issues through data analysis.

• Strong comprehension of business operations with the ability to align data science initiatives with business goals.

• Capacity to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Proficient in communicating with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage complex and unstructured data.

• Expertise in Python, R, or Scala.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.

• Experience working with SQL and large datasets.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Awareness of big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
