This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive predictive models (including partner churn prediction, lead scoring, and partner health scores), converting intricate business inquiries into robust, production-ready analytical solutions.
• Design and sustain attribution models, marketing mix models, and other marketing analytics frameworks that guide resource distribution and campaign strategies.
• Utilize statistical techniques to uncover leading indicators, drivers, and patterns within partner data; effectively communicate insights and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, from defining problems and feature engineering to model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring models remain accurate, interpretable, and maintainable over time.
• Set and maintain repeatable standards for model development, documentation, and validation that provide consistent, reliable data science/machine learning outputs across the team.
• Identify opportunities to implement machine learning and data science techniques to address new business challenges, proactively presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and implement agentic workflows and Claude Skills that automate analytical and modeling tasks, expedite data science/machine learning development, and enhance the team's capabilities.
• Assess and suggest emerging AI tools and techniques pertinent to data science and analytics.
• Serve as an AI resource and mentor for the broader analytics team, demonstrating effective AI-assisted development practices and actively fostering a culture of AI literacy.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience stakeholders to grasp business context, identify and perform high-value analyses, and translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights and business narratives that directly influence organizational strategy and operations.
• Introduce structure, documentation, and process discipline to ambiguous technical areas, ensuring work is reproducible and knowledge is disseminated.
• 6-8+ years of proven experience throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle, including building and deploying production models relevant to this role: churn prediction, propensity/upsell scoring, health scores, lead scoring, media mix modeling, or similar tasks.
• Strong quantitative background: expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and analytical methods applied to real-world business challenges.
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Significant hands-on experience in developing agentic workflows, Claude Skills, or LLM-based automations using Claude, Cursor, or similar generative AI tools to enhance analytical and machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with AI operational practices (such as prompt libraries, guardrails, output validation) that support consistent and dependable AI-assisted tasks.
• An innate mentor and collaborator; a strong communicator capable of clarifying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
