This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Apptegy’s go-to-market (GTM) analytics and predictive modeling framework from start to finish.
• Design, construct, and implement predictive models utilizing Python, SQL, and Snowflake to assess churn risks, evaluate prospect likelihood, forecast NRR expansion, and enhance GTM resource distribution.
• Collaborate with the CFO, VP of RevOps, and GTM leadership to translate statistical findings into actionable insights for quarterly strategies, Board presentations, and P&L evaluations.
• Create, update, and sustain the primary reporting suite in Tableau.
• Develop a unified source of truth for revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Incorporate AI/LLM workflows such as Glean, Claude, and Cursor into daily analytics processes.
• Streamline data exploration, query generation, and operational anomaly detection through automation.
• Work alongside Data Engineering to establish clean dbt metrics schemas, govern revenue definitions, and validate Salesforce and Snowflake data pipelines.
• Act as the technical expert for GTM analytics and lay the groundwork to build and manage the analytics function as the team grows.
• 5–8+ years of progressively responsible experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, or revenue data science within a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels), and cloud data warehousing solutions (Snowflake or BigQuery).
• Proven experience in developing production-ready predictive models (including churn propensity, lead scoring, time-series forecasting, and territory capacity).
• High-level competency in creating clear, executive-quality Tableau dashboards.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS financial and operational metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC/LTV, win rates, cohort retention, and pipeline velocity).
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey statistical insights effectively to C-suite executives.
• Self-motivated and capable of executing comprehensive solutions independently.
• Dedication to the integration of AI tools for code execution, data transformation, and reporting documentation.
• Practical experience in developing custom MCP services, LLM-driven chat analytics tools, or automated workflows for enterprise data.
• Proven track record of scaling an analytics function from an individual contributor to a team lead role.
• Familiarity with dbt data modeling and contemporary data stack orchestration (Airflow, Hex, dbt Cloud).
• A Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline is highly desirable, or equivalent practical experience.
