This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a major product or business sector.
• Establish success metrics, pinpoint investment opportunities, recommend strategies, and assess impact on customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.
• Conduct complex analyses that balance growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Convert analytical insights into narratives and business cases that facilitate leadership decision-making.
• Recognize key hypotheses and design actionable experiments to confirm product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue teams.
• Develop scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-enhanced analytical workflows.
• Uphold strict standards for validation, reproducibility, and data governance.
• Guide analysts and cultivate reusable analytical practices and tools.
• Work collaboratively with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams.
• Possess a General Manager mindset, exhibit strong product and credit risk judgment, with a proven ability to proactively identify high-impact opportunities.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the consumer lending and credit sector, including lending economics, portfolio performance, and credit metrics.
• Experience in both risk and product domains is preferred for top candidates.
• Capable of performing complex analyses and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Proficient in advanced SQL and Python, including statistical analysis, experimental design, and practical A/B testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar assistants.
• Ability to independently prioritize a roadmap, manage multiple projects, and mentor fellow analysts.
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
• An advanced degree is advantageous.
