Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests to assess their effect on crucial business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and profits.

• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning to address business and product challenges.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our search, ranking, and personalization algorithms, including methods for their evaluation and enhancement.

• Examine extensive behavioral data to provide insights and recommendations for both customers and internal teams.

• Create analyses, models, and tools that empower teams to make informed decisions.

• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leveraging data science and statistics to resolve business issues.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.

• Advanced Python skills for analysis and modeling, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and visualization tools.

• In-depth knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical inference.

• Ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

• Comfortable working autonomously with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Background in e-commerce or experience with large-scale user behavioral data.

• Proven track record in analytical roles that involve direct customer interaction.
