• Analyze and interpret extensive datasets from multiple sources to extract valuable insights.

• Integrate Empower data to create actionable insights regarding customer behaviors and the factors influencing their sentiments.

• Shape the enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term planning.

• Lead intricate, high-profile initiatives that have a significant impact across the organization.

• Develop enterprise-wide methodologies for analyzing customer behavior and sentiment.

• Formulate long-term strategies and enhance organizational capabilities.

• Provide expert guidance on experimentation techniques and innovative practices.

• Counsel executives on insights from experimentation, associated risks, and potential opportunities.

• Champion cross-departmental initiatives to enhance experimentation capabilities.

• Ensure that experimentation strategies are in alignment with enterprise goals.

• Present insights and recommendations effectively at the executive level.

• Engage participants in the workplace and assist free dashboard users through financial education, awareness, familiarity, and trust.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.

• At least 12 years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation is essential.

• Established expertise in experimentation and customer analytics is necessary.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders are crucial.

• Capability to thrive in environments characterized by high ambiguity.

• A thorough, enterprise-level understanding of Empower’s business model, products, services, and customer ecosystem is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
