This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of data products that facilitate analytics, insights, and decision-making throughout IMG Academy.
• Take ownership of the Campus Data domain, which includes managing intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, acceptance criteria, stakeholder communication, and validation of outcomes.
• Establish and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Campus Data in alignment with business strategy and measurable results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology to gather requirements and prioritize needs effectively.
• Work alongside analysts, data engineers, and data scientists throughout the phases of discovery, implementation, and operationalization.
• Utilize SQL and other data tools for validating requirements, conducting exploratory analysis, and specifying data transformation or structure.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable data products, pipelines, and self-service tools.
• Identify and assist in resolving issues related to data sources, quality, performance, and tool limitations.
• Champion modern data practices, governance, and metrics-driven experimentation.
• Facilitate the adoption of visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on data products.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, manipulating, and validating data.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouses and platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data architecture, governance, and analytics enablement.
• Proven capability to translate intricate business requirements into product strategies and deliverables.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly self-driven and resourceful, with a comfort in taking charge of strategy and execution.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
