This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development and innovation of Komodo Health's key data products.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape product strategy and implementation across the data product portfolio.
• Partner with engineering leadership to formulate a technical strategy that aligns with platform capabilities and customer demands.
• Work alongside the product principal and commercial teams to document various use cases.
• Create product specifications and establish evaluation criteria for design.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-value analyses.
• Manage day-to-day sprint activities.
• Guarantee that the team functions at optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate across various departments within the organization.
• Disseminate knowledge throughout the company.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Komodo’s data from a customer perspective.
• Conduct investigations into customer use cases and develop evidence-based product insights.
• Implement enhancements to core data products.
• Identify, define, and validate new data product opportunities or significant improvements.
• Create a prioritized backlog that is backed by evidence.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and commercial-facing teams.
• Proven experience in a data-centric role within a B2B technology or software organization.
• Previous product management experience is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL.
• Capacity to analyze data models and pipelines effectively.
• Ability to engage meaningfully with engineers regarding technical trade-offs.
• Familiarity with statistical data analysis concepts.
• Experience handling US healthcare data.
• Understanding of the inquiries life sciences teams pose to healthcare data.
• A keen interest in how data and systems are structured and where failures may occur.
• Skill in navigating ambiguous challenges and reframing them.
• Capability to decompose conceptual objectives into actionable tasks.
• Ability to establish clear definitions of “done” and “good” prior to commencing work.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate that into precise requirements.
• Proficiency with AI tools for dataset exploration, prototyping, drafting, and validating requirements, as well as challenging reasoning.
