Senior Data Processing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the data processing aspect of projects from start to finish, including specifications, data management, quality assurance, documentation, and final deliverables.

• Execute weighting, significance testing, and various statistical procedures, collaborating with methods specialists on intricate survey designs.

• Generate high-quality data tables, datasets, and analytical outputs.

• Assist in the creation of automated processing workflows using Python and/or R, while also modernizing current SPSS-based procedures.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools for coding, quality assurance, validation, and documentation.

• Serve as the technical liaison for project directors, project managers, and, when necessary, clients.

• Mentor and nurture the development of less experienced analysts as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in survey data processing within market, social, or policy research.

• Proficient coding skills in Python and/or R relevant to data processing, validation, or automation.

• Solid foundation in survey statistics, including weighting, significance testing, and confidence intervals.

• In-depth understanding of survey data structures and the requirements for downstream delivery.

• Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
