This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Conduct data manipulation, cleansing, and standardization processes for data validation and quality using Microsoft Excel and Access applications.
• Execute data quality audits on system match outcomes, including visual scans and quality reviews.
• Offer analytical support and consultation to key stakeholders concerning disruption methodology logic and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with sales partners to educate them about disruption match logic and methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data or Business Analytics.
• Relevant work experience in data analytics may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and experience with data or reporting analytics.
• Experience with large datasets is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, able to adapt quickly to changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven productivity skills demonstrated through efficient time management and a commitment to achieving strong results that meet production and quality standards.
• Capability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
• An internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider, with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
