Senior Data Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide real-time insights that facilitate strategic and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop the complete life-cycle of data sourced from ambiguous and unconventional data origins.

• Perform thorough, fact-based analyses to support recommendations for senior management.

• Define and create scalable analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and performance metrics.

• Produce forecasts, strategic recommendations, and tactical plans.

• Utilize statistical expertise and data modeling to advance business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc analyses and reporting initiatives.

• Take ownership of data management at Endpoint/First American.

• Work together with Product, Operations, Revenue, and Business Development teams.

• Manage organizational stakeholders while fostering consensus.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field.

• Expertise in SQL.

• Proficiency in Python/R.

• Preferred experience in developing Shiny/Plotly dashboards.

• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through practical applications.

• Experience utilizing a business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

• Ability to work effectively with limited resources or information in a dynamic startup environment.

• Familiarity with unstructured data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Dynamo.

• A Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; a background in mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related field is advantageous.
