Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain data solutions using Snowflake

• Design and enhance intricate SQL queries and data transformations

• Assist in transitioning legacy and Excel-based processes to Snowflake

• Devise and refine data models for reporting and analytics purposes

• Conduct data validation and reconciliation between traditional and contemporary data sources

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data across all solutions

• Diagnose and resolve complex data-related challenges

• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders and analytics teams to establish data requirements

• Operate independently and take charge of data engineering tasks

• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake

• Proficient in SQL

• Strong background in data warehousing concepts and methodologies

• Experience in data modeling and transformation processes

• Familiarity with data migration, validation, and reconciliation techniques

• Good comprehension of data quality principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work autonomously in a distributed setting

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate level or above
