This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop cloud-based data platforms, pipelines, and data hubs for client projects.
• Assist in modernizing and migrating outdated data systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Create and sustain high-quality, scalable data pipelines that emphasize observability and reliability.
• Integrate data from various sources to produce comprehensive and trusted data assets.
• Establish cloud compute and storage solutions (AWS, Azure, SaaS/PaaS, SSO) tailored to project needs.
• Design and implement centralized Data Hubs that support AI/ML, KPI dashboards, SSO, and integrations across platforms (e.g., MarTech, eCommerce, EdTech, DXP, learning systems).
• Develop reusable components for data ingestion, normalization, transformation, and serving (DWH, reporting, dashboards, AI/ML applications).
• Employ lightweight, effective data modeling techniques that prioritize performance and maintainability.
• Guarantee high availability, data quality, observability, governance, and adherence to cataloguing best practices.
• Over 10 years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, BI engineering, and/or data architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end data management, including data governance, cataloguing, observability, and quality.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (query optimization, performance tuning, complex transformations).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Fabric.
• Strong background in SSIS and SSAS.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, covering data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and optimizing Data Lakes and enterprise data warehouses.
• Proven leadership in modernizing legacy systems to the cloud (preferably Azure).
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities.
• Competitive Base Salary - We believe great work deserves great compensation. Our salary range is between $120,000 - $140,000, based on years of experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications. This salary is for a standard 40-hour work week, and we prioritize a healthy work-life balance.
