Senior Data Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in a strategic data migration project transitioning from legacy systems to the Manhattan platform.

• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for source-to-target data mapping.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with developers throughout the development, unit testing, and functional testing stages.

• Validate the data that has been migrated, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and aid in data quality and cleanup efforts.

• Lead discussions focused on data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases.

• Generate and evaluate reports and dashboards to facilitate migration tracking and enhance business visibility.

• Participate in governance and quality assurance efforts throughout the migration process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1 or higher), encompassing oral, written, and listening skills.

• Resume in English.

• Candidates must reside in Brazil or Colombia.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in extensive data migration projects.

• Strong background in data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage principles.

• Capability to work efficiently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience in supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution efforts.

• Practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Active WM, SCALE, or other Supply Chain and Warehouse Management systems is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation is beneficial.

• Experience in data governance and data quality initiatives is a plus.

• Possession of CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or other Business Analysis / Agile certifications is a plus.
