Senior Data Analytics & BI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and uphold transparent and dependable reporting and analytics solutions.

• Construct, enhance, and sustain user-friendly dashboards and regular reports utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.

• Facilitate weekly and monthly business reviews by leveraging established metric definitions.

• Convert operational objectives, business inquiries, and reporting requirements into actionable KPIs, defined metrics, trends, and visual representations.

• Collaborate with business teams to pinpoint, define, and resolve data visibility issues.

• Enhance reporting consistency and quality through documentation standards and metric governance frameworks.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic projects, operational enhancements, leadership inquiries, and business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Profound understanding of industry principles and operational event data concepts.

• Extensive knowledge of standard office software and data analytics tools, including Power BI dashboards and SQL.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in translating analytical outcomes into clear, actionable deliverables.
