• Develop and manage impactful dashboards and visualizations aimed at assessing advertising campaign performance, audience delivery, and inventory metrics.
• Facilitate a proactive analytics program by delivering real-time pacing insights, optimization techniques, and comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports.
• Examine complex datasets that include audience composition, reach and frequency, geographical data, and performance metrics specific to venues.
• Combine internal data with external measurement sources such as Nielsen, NMI, MRI-Simmons, and iSpot.
• Convert technical campaign data into clear, client-ready value propositions for executive leadership and sales teams.
• Streamline recurring analytical processes and reporting requests to improve scalability and maintain data quality control.
• Leverage GenAI tools and tailored prompts to expedite insight generation, narrative reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations to identify data anomalies and enhance the overall data architecture.
• Perform ad hoc strategic analyses to uncover inventory opportunities, support pricing strategies, and identify long-term growth potential for clients.
• Over 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Advertising Analytics, or a comparable quantitative role centered on marketing measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance-oriented querying on large-scale datasets.
• Extensive experience with advertising campaign analysis, media planning, attribution, and audience segmentation.
• Practical experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python or R for data automation, statistical analysis, and consistent reporting workflows.
• Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
• Proven capability to translate complex performance data into straightforward business narratives that foster renewals and upsells.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for utilizing modern AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical consistency.
• Solid grounding in descriptive and predictive statistics, data modeling, and quality control practices.
• Familiarity with Unix commands, regular expressions, and structured data workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear explanations of technical findings to non-technical audiences.
