• Develop and sustain impactful dashboards and visualizations that center on advertising campaign effectiveness, audience reach, and inventory evaluation.
• Facilitate a proactive analytics initiative by delivering real-time pacing insights, optimization techniques, and detailed post-campaign summaries.
• Examine complex datasets encompassing audience demographics, reach and frequency metrics, geographic performance, and venue-specific results.
• Combine internal data with external measurement sources like Nielsen, NMI, MRI-Simmons, and iSpot.
• Convert technical campaign data into succinct, client-ready value propositions tailored for executive leadership and sales teams.
• Streamline recurring analytical processes and reporting tasks to improve scalability and ensure data quality control.
• Employ GenAI tools and custom prompts to expedite the generation of insights, reporting narratives, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations teams to investigate data discrepancies and enhance overall data architecture.
• Perform ad hoc strategic analysis to uncover inventory opportunities, support pricing strategies, and identify potential for long-term client growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Advertising Analytics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on marketing measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to execute complex joins, window functions, and performance-optimized queries on large datasets.
• Extensive experience in analyzing advertising campaigns, media planning, attribution, and audience segmentation.
• Practical experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python or R for automating data processes, conducting statistical analyses, and establishing repeatable reporting workflows.
• Strong expertise in using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
• Proven capability to translate complex performance data into clear business narratives that encourage renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging modern AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical consistency.
• Solid grounding in descriptive and predictive statistics, data modeling, and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with Unix commands, regular expressions, and structured data workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
