
Senior Data Analyst, GTM Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide decision-ready analyses across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, focusing on pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohort/retention metrics, and GRR/NRR drivers.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and CSM to define questions, formulate recommendations, and guide analyses to inform decisions.
β’ Convert vague stakeholder inquiries into precise, testable analytical strategies.
β’ Develop and sustain dbt models and marts for the Sales, Marketing, and CS sectors, utilizing Salesforce as a primary data source.
β’ Manage data quality and documentation, including definitions, source-of-truth tables, and quality assurance processes.
β’ Contribute to Lighthouse, the internal BI-as-code platform, specifying how dashboards, metrics, and semantic models are developed, versioned, and evaluated.
β’ Actively shape Lighthouse as a dynamic development platform rather than merely utilizing a completed system.
β’ Enhance analytics workflows towards agentic AI by leveraging AI agents to expedite analyses and automate recurring reports.
β’ Assess opportunities for AI to replace manual analyst tasks versus areas where it is not feasible.
β’ Work in two-week sprints and prioritize a backlog in alignment with team OKRs in collaboration with the manager.
β’ Deliver clear, proactive status updates to stakeholders.
β’ Report to the Senior Manager of Analytics and work closely with the Analytics Engineering team.
β’ 5+ years of experience in analytics/BI, with significant involvement supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions in a rapidly growing organization.
β’ Proficient in SQL and possess hands-on experience with dbt for modeling GTM data.
β’ Familiarity with Python for analytical tasks and automation.
β’ Experience with Salesforce as a data source, including knowledge of CRM objects, fields, and data modeling intricacies.
β’ Understanding of a modern data stack, including tools like Fivetran or similar EL solutions and cloud data warehouses.
β’ Knowledge of contemporary BI organizations, governed semantic layers, self-service dashboards, and BI-as-code methodologies.
β’ A genuine interest in agentic analytics and experience utilizing AI agents or LLM tools to enhance analytical efficiency.
β’ Excellent communication skills to effectively convey recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and defend them during discussions.
β’ Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables until completion.
β’ Comfort with ambiguity and agility in fast-paced iterations.
β’ Experience with modern BI tools such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a valuable asset, though not mandatory.
β’ Hands-on experience with coding agents like Claude Code or Codex is a significant advantage.
β’ Staff-level candidates should demonstrate deeper scope, ownership of larger or more complex problems end-to-end, and a history of establishing technical direction.
