Data Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform data analyses to enhance data quality initiatives and improvement strategies.

• Provide insights that facilitate decision-making and the ongoing refinement of processes.

• Detect data quality concerns and assist in implementing corrective measures with Operations, Technology, and Business teams.

• Create and uphold documentation detailing data quality definitions, criteria, and methodologies.

• Execute low to medium complexity data analyses utilizing a variety of sources and tools.

• Work in tandem with internal teams to comprehend their needs, requirements, and challenges regarding data quality.

• Engage in data quality status review meetings and offer suggestions for improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.

• Practical experience with database management and manipulation.

• Proficient in SQL, capable of crafting intermediate-level queries.

• Background in data analysis.

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Amazon S3, Jupyter Notebook, EMR, Athena, or related data environment tools is beneficial.
