Senior Data Analyst, BigQuery – Health & Wellness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to grasp business inquiries.

• Provide timely analyses and highlight opportunities for data-driven enhancements.

• Create and manage both ad-hoc and regular Looker reports.

• Develop and track essential business metrics.

• Recognize trends and identify performance gaps.

• Construct, refine, and document scalable LookML data models.

• Review dashboards and data sources for potential consolidation.

• Identify and rectify data discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Create and sustain predictive models that forecast business results, customer behaviors, and key metrics.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of SoulCycle's complete data landscape.

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of business performance measurement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, focusing on query optimization, schema design, and GCP.

• Strong background in Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboard creation, and report automation.

• Experience in predictive modeling, including regression and forecasting techniques.

• Proficient in metrics design.

• Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Preferred tools include Python, pandas, matplotlib, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, and AWS.

• Experience in consumer tech, fitness, subscription-based businesses, or retail/hospitality is a plus.

• Familiarity with alternative visualization tools like Tableau or Jupyter Notebooks is advantageous.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
