Sales Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate agent performance, quote-to-bind ratios, retention rates, loss ratio trends, and geographic opportunities.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and self-service tools tailored for sales managers.

• Manage and improve geographic sales territories and account assignments.

• Utilize third-party data sources to identify market opportunities.

• Streamline manual processes to enhance efficiency.

• Revise and improve weekly and monthly reporting.

• Design visuals, dashboards, and presentations that effectively convey narratives and impact business decisions.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and relay findings to non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with Agency Relationship Managers, Recruiting & Activation, National Accounts, Product, Underwriting, and Finance to provide analytics and insights that support market coverage, agent performance, and growth in profitable premiums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in P&C insurance (carrier, MGA, Insurtech).

• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python is advantageous.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Desktop / Claude Code).

• Practical experience with Power BI and the creation of Power BI semantic models.

• Proven ability to narrate a story with data through effective visuals, structured narratives, and business insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain, and rapidly changing environments.

• Ownership mentality: actively identifies opportunities, anticipates needs, and proactively develops solutions.

• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with global and/or US-based business teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Access to a quiet workspace.
