This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Evaluate product utilization, feature engagement, telemetry information, and financial indicators to enhance user experience and support product strategy.
• Take ownership of the complete analytics lifecycle, encompassing data modeling, dashboard creation, and KPI formulation.
• Provide high-accuracy analyses autonomously across a variety of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to manage requirements and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts.
• Uphold high standards for ticket throughput, delivery speed, and timely completion rates for analytics assignments.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with product telemetry or usage data is essential.
• Must reside in Canada, excluding Quebec; preference for Ontario or Eastern time zones.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, including PySpark, notebooks, data lakehouses/medallion architecture, and AWS S3.
• Practical experience with visualization tools; Looker is highly preferred, or the ability to quickly transition from Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with APIs, structured data formats such as JSON and DataFrames, and GitHub version control.
• Possess strong curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Amplitude, or Gainsight is a plus.
