This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Execute and assist with analytical initiatives that enable Revenue Cycle Operations to assess performance and reach business goals
• Cultivate and sustain a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle processes and reporting tools
• Examine operational and financial metrics to uncover trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improving processes
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to grasp reporting requirements and aid in the development of reporting specifications
• Communicate analytical insights and reporting outcomes to department leaders and business associates
• Partner with Business Intelligence Developers to facilitate report creation, testing, and continuous improvements
• Foster collaborative relationships with operational teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure consistent reporting definitions and validate KPI calculations across designated reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills combined with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Qlik, is advantageous
• Familiarity with healthcare systems like Meditech, Oracle, Medhost, FinThrive, SSI, Experian, or similar platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle metrics, operational reporting, and KPI analysis
• Capability to interpret reports and dashboards and effectively communicate insights
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Over 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare analytics, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Accounting
• Experience providing advanced analytics and reporting support to executive leadership
• Must reside in Arkansas, California, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Tennessee, Texas, or Wyoming
• Willingness to travel, with requirements not exceeding 25%
