This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform audits on client digital assets to ensure proper analytics, tagging, and configuration of data pipelines.
• Develop and implement measurement frameworks that align with the client's business, marketing, and product strategies.
• Provide guidance on event-driven analytics, data layers, and tagging across various platforms including web, mobile, CRM, and marketing tools.
• Create dashboards, reports, and self-service views utilizing BI and visualization tools.
• Diagnose data integrity, tracking, and pipeline issues across different platforms and vendors.
• Document implementations and facilitate sessions on analytics best practices.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and translate them into measurement and insight requirements.
• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to formulate strategic recommendations across UX, content, marketing, and product areas.
• Formulate hypotheses concerning acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and quality of experience.
• Suggest A/B testing, personalization, SEO testing, and CRO strategies linked to KPIs.
• Integrate insights from various data sources into cohesive, actionable narratives.
• Recognize analytics workflows that are primed for AI acceleration or enhancement, including automated insights, anomaly detection, summarization, forecasting, and trend identification.
• Employ AI-assisted tools for data exploration, pattern recognition, narrative creation, executive summaries, experiment evaluation, and insight synthesis.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to pilot AI-enabled analytics functionalities.
• Contribute to AI-native delivery patterns and analytics playbooks.
• Counsel on data collection practices that adhere to privacy, consent, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure data quality, consistency in taxonomy, and measurement governance.
• Clarify trade-offs, limitations, and risks in client data and technology environments.
• Manage analytics workstreams comprehensively, including ensuring insight quality, meeting delivery timelines, and fulfilling client expectations.
• Mentor junior analysts and supervise contractor contributions.
• Foster capability development within the Data & Insights team.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts through thought leadership, presentations, webinars, and proposals.
• Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Report to the Lead Data Analyst.
• Over 6 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis within an agency or consulting setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficient with enterprise analytics and tag management platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, or similar tools.
• Strong grasp of comprehensive digital measurement across websites, mobile, CRM, email, and marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, machine learning-driven insights, or automated reporting workflows.
• Experience working alongside web and app development teams to configure, test, and validate analytics implementations in development, staging, and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with raw data, complex SQL queries, data pipelines like Fivetran, Stitch, and dbt, as well as data warehouses/cloud platforms such as GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience in designing conversion tracking, funnels, goals, and event-based measurement models.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reports utilizing Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama.
• A strong background in CRO and experimentation, including interpreting test results and providing recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects independently with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Occasional travel is anticipated.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with event-driven/product analytics tools, CDP data sanitization and masking, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, M, R, personalization platforms, consent management platforms, relevant certifications, and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data systems.
