• Create and sustain recruiting analytics that offer leadership actionable insights to enhance talent acquisition performance.
• Propel data-driven workforce planning by synchronizing hiring demand forecasts with recruiter capacity and operational priorities.
• Provide talent intelligence, insights on the labor market, and performance reporting.
• Oversee strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives from inception to execution.
• Implement data governance practices and ensure uniformity across regional and global metrics.
• Assess the effectiveness of the recruiting process based on quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost outcomes.
• Examine sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics to pinpoint performance gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders to provide scalable talent solutions.
• Transform workforce, recruiting, and operational data into insights that shape business decisions and strategies.
• Drive initiatives from planning to execution while fostering continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Preferred experience in recruiting analytics, workforce planning, Talent Acquisition operations, or HR program management within a complex organizational environment.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics, reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence methodologies.
• Capability to develop and maintain self-service dashboards, performance metrics, and operational reporting frameworks.
• Expertise in human resources consulting and executing business processes.
• Knowledge of talent market intelligence and workforce data.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership teams, HR functions, and external providers.
• Strong attention to detail and data stewardship across various data sources.
• Experience in leading special projects that encompass process transformation, operating model assessment, and organizational change.
• Preferred familiarity with digital reporting tools, analytics platforms, and technological solutions.
