Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Transform business inquiries into well-structured briefs, comprehensive analyses, and impactful recommendations.

• Develop robust and consistent reporting in Omni, enhancing dashboard standards within the team.

• Create self-service tools for stakeholders to explore data independently.

• Assist in strategic analytics initiatives, including customer intelligence and experimentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial, and Trading.

• Detect trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data analysis.

• Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Play a role in enhancing analytical maturity as the business expands into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Strong capability in analytical problem-solving.

• Extensive experience with BI tools, preferably Omni or Looker.

• Competence in taking a dashboard from stakeholder discovery and briefing through to launch and iteration.

• Commercially aware, curious, and focused on customer needs.

• Ability to independently structure analyses and convey a clear data narrative.

• Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders.

• Capable of building relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Pragmatic, collaborative, and results-oriented in problem-solving.

• Experience in the betting or gaming industry is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with dbt or analytics engineering, conversational analytics, and Python is a bonus, not a requirement.

• Must reside in the UK and possess full rights to work there; the application will inquire about the need for UK work sponsorship.
