Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Take charge of performance reporting for our revenue teams by creating and maintaining dashboards that highlight funnel health, conversion trends, and individual representative performance.

• Convert business inquiries into well-defined analytical frameworks that guide decision-making throughout the revenue organization.

• Oversee and ensure the quality of reporting logic, guaranteeing consistency and reliability across various data sources.

• Act as the definitive source for key definitions, metrics, and methodologies within the revenue organization.

• Assist with CRM reporting and uphold data integrity workflows.

• Document definitions, methodologies, and logic to empower teams to self-serve confidently.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of existing analytics systems and progressively take ownership, identifying areas for enhancement in current models, reports, and processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from revenue teams to comprehend their requirements prior to development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a data or analytics role that supports revenue, sales, or go-to-market teams.

• Proficient in SQL and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Capable of navigating complex data environments, exercising sound judgment regarding definitions and methodologies.

• Strong communicator who can articulate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Inquisitive about business operations beyond just the structure of the data.

• Designs with the end user in mind, ensuring that outputs are actionable and directly beneficial.

• Enthusiastic about managing tasks from start to finish, including problem framing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Maintains a high standard for data accuracy, validating findings prior to drawing conclusions.

• Familiarity with fintech, lending, or consumer finance business models.

• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
