Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify and address ambiguous challenges, converting data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact leadership decisions.

• Develop data pipelines, reports, best practices, and frameworks that empower analysts and other stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Convert intricate data formats into data-driven metrics, insightful dashboards, and AI-enhanced applications.

• Modernize manual processes into scalable, automated, and insight-driven systems utilizing statistical analysis, cloud data platforms, and AI technologies.

• Facilitate business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and interpreting information.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create reports, dashboards, and solutions.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced experience in utilizing analytics to resolve engineering challenges.

• Experience in conducting statistical analysis.

• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.

• Demonstrated experience in creating dashboards, reports, and structured datasets.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with GCP-specific analytics tools and data management is preferred.

• Experience in designing data pipelines (ETL) and modeling data is preferred.

• Practical experience with AI/ML models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled workflow automation is preferred.

• Significant experience in managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solutions is preferred.
