• Lead intricate data transformation projects aimed at enhancing data quality, performance, and scalability while identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities within the analytics framework to drive improvements.
• Advocate for analytics best practices, establish data visualization standards, and implement innovative measurement methodologies. Promote the advancement of AI usage and adoption, automate analytics processes, and collaborate with Internal Teams to streamline operations where applicable.
• Assist in advanced analytics applications such as experimentation, attribution, and forecasting.
• Facilitate self-service analytics by providing well-structured and thoroughly documented datasets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Planning, Activation, Analytics leadership, and external stakeholders in defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and data strategies.
• Possess strong English language proficiency and presentation skills, the Senior Data Analyst will proactively lead analytical client calls, diagnose issues, comprehend challenges, and establish clear objectives and KPIs while offering recommendations to fulfill requirements.
• Act as a technical leader and point of escalation within the Analytics Team, providing mentorship and guidance to fellow team members.
• Confidently translate insights into strategic recommendations, providing counsel to clients of all sizes, including those with large budgets and enterprise projects, and effectively manage briefs to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and data modeling within a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced experience with tools for analytics transformation.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing data, including paid media, web analytics, CRM, and attribution principles.
• Experience in constructing production-grade analytics pipelines that include data quality checks and monitoring.
• Ability to convey technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership through mentorship, ownership, and collaboration across functions.
• Strategic mindset that connects data to outcomes.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and experimentation methodologies.
• Effective communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing and encouraging the adoption of best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or performance measurement, preferably within an agency context.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (digital media, paid search, social, programmatic, etc.) and attribution models.
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and team members, contributing to the growth of Media Team members, and leading change management for best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, including client-facing interactions, with the ability to simplify and translate complex data for varied audiences.
