📋 Description

• Perform in-depth data analyses to derive insights that inform business, product, and operational strategies.

• Create and manage dashboards and management reports, ensuring data visualization is consistent and clear.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify needs, converting requirements into data-driven solutions.

• Maintain the quality, integrity, and reliability of data sources, recommending enhancements to processes and information flows.

• Develop and implement analytical models to aid in forecasting, segmentation, and identifying opportunities.

• Foster the growth of a data-centric culture by advocating for best practices in analysis, data utilization, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing essential analyses and data-driven recommendations.

• Leverage generative AI agents and tools to expedite the creation of queries and analyses, enhance exploratory investigations, and automate repetitive analytical tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis within complex environments (preferably in technology, healthcare, or related fields).

• Expertise in data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Apache Superset, or Looker).

• Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Background in data modeling and best practices in information governance.

• Experience utilizing generative AI tools for data analysis, productivity improvements, and automation of analytical tasks.

• Familiarity with autonomous agents and AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

• Ability to convert technical data into understandable narratives and business insights.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Prior experience in healthtech, healthcare firms, or regulated industries (preferred).

• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical and predictive analysis (preferred).

• Experience with Big Data environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (preferred).

• Participation in data science or AI projects (preferred).

• Active engagement in fostering a data-driven culture within organizations (preferred).

• Experience utilizing generative AI and autonomous agents for automating analyses and data pipelines (preferred).
