Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Education (Experience Curriculum) analytics, encompassing go-to-market insights, retention metrics, and financial assessments for the curriculum subscription/ecommerce sector.

• Assist in enhancing the overall customer journey throughout the Post-Sales process.

• Regularly engage with Education stakeholders to grasp data requirements and convert metrics and analyses into actionable insights.

• Develop and sustain Education and Post-Sales data models and pipelines utilizing SQL and dbt.

• Construct, automate, and manage dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau.

• Monitor Education retention, go-to-market insights, and customer health KPIs.

• Oversee and maintain weekly business review source files and the associated pipelines.

• Guarantee that business leaders receive validated reports that align with their goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical position.

• Ideally, experience within subscription, ecommerce, or other Post-Sales areas.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries and data manipulation skills.

• Experience in managing data models with data transformation tools such as dbt.

• Background in business intelligence and visualization using Sigma or Tableau.

• Experience in creating and maintaining data models and pipelines that serve as a single source of truth for Post-Sales reporting.

• Proven experience in building and managing dashboards and reports in a business intelligence tool.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder management and translating technical details for all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for workflow automation, expedited analyses, and the development of reusable tools and data infrastructure.

• Availability during standard US working hours, any 8-hour shift between 9am EST and 8pm EST.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
