This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of Finance and Post-Sales analytics along with the reporting layer that connects Sales and Post-Sales.
• Generate board-ready and externally-facing reports for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to develop, validate, and manage metrics for board reporting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Provide reports on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)/Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn rates, retention, and revenue attribution across different customer segments.
• Create a consistent view of the customer lifecycle from pipeline through activation, retention, and expansion.
• Address definitional discrepancies between Sales and Post-Sales reporting.
• Manage external partnership reporting from start to finish, including the development of customer-facing dashboards.
• Convert partner data requirements into actionable models and dashboards.
• Ensure that externally shared data is accurate, properly permissioned, and available for self-service.
• Develop, automate, and sustain Sigma and Tableau dashboards and reports that track cross-funnel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Preferably, experience in Finance, Fintech, Business Operations (BizOps), or Retention sectors.
• Proficient in advanced SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and manage data manipulation.
• Skilled in advanced data transformation techniques, including the maintenance of data models with tools such as dbt.
• Proficient in business intelligence and visualization tools, particularly Sigma or Tableau.
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive data models and pipelines serving as a single source of truth.
• Proven track record in building and managing dashboards and reports within a BI tool.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder management and translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI to streamline workflows, enhance analyses, and develop reusable tools and data infrastructure.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be available during standard US working hours, with any 8-hour shift from 9am EST to 8pm EST.
