This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards.
• Generate reports that deliver actionable insights for operations.
• Create visual representations using business intelligence tools.
• Ensure the accuracy of reports across various business units.
• Assist in executive reporting projects.
• Analyze data related to operations, recruiting, sales, and finance.
• Construct scalable reporting systems and data models.
• Identify trends, obstacles, and areas for enhancement.
• Ensure data integrity across several platforms.
• Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics.
• Create cloud-based workflows and automation processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and business functions.
• Help with AI-driven data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Support API integrations between various business platforms.
• Suggest process improvements that minimize manual tasks.
• Provide support for SQL queries and database reporting.
• Conduct data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with the technology team on internal data projects.
• Document reporting procedures and technical workflows.
• Enhance reporting processes for improved speed and accuracy.
• Recommend enhancements to dashboards and data systems.
• Maintain documentation for analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Work with leadership on new reporting projects.
• Report directly to the Data & Technology Lead; the point of contact for reporting will be established.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Strong experience in Python is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Experience in building dashboards with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data workflows and API integrations.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms.
• Understanding of automation principles and workflow design.
• Background in supporting business operations through data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred/required for this role.
• Preference for a near-native accent.
• Availability for 30–40 contracted hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
• Availability for daily work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
