Senior D365 Finance Consultant, Continuous Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional business and application support services to clients, emphasizing finance processes within Dynamics 365.

• Investigate and address 2nd and 3rd line functional incidents, including escalations for high-priority cases.

• Conduct root cause analysis and execute long-term solutions for recurring problems.

• Design, test, document, and implement functional and integration changes (RFCs).

• Facilitate project handovers to GMS during the UAT and Hyper Care stages.

• Regularly evaluate customer feedback to enhance service quality and value.

• Clearly communicate updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in pre-sales activities and guide clients on industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance, preferably in global or intercontinental rollouts.

• In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O Finance modules, financial process mapping, and solution design.

• Proficient in financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Management Reporter.

• Experienced in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving functional system challenges.

• Familiar with data migration and integration tools like DMF, OData, and Azure Logic Apps.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Preferred certifications include MB300, MB310, and MB700.
