Senior CV Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Train and refine generative models (text2image, image2image, video2image, IP-adapters)

• Collaborate with image classifiers, rankers, and models for image/video captioning

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision research and open-source projects

• Develop and oversee the iterative process for model enhancements

• Enhance inference performance through diffusion optimization and quantization

• Optionally: train multimodal AI companions that integrate computer vision and natural language processing

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in training diffusion models

• Expertise in using diffusers and transformers libraries

• Practical experience with IP-adapters

• Background in backend engineering (Python, Go, C#)

• Familiarity with scalable deployment systems is a plus

• Preferred: Flow matching training

• Experience with diffusion model distillation

• Knowledge of DPO and other approaches for text2image fine-tuning

• Proficiency in text2video and CLIP fine-tuning

• Experience with multimodal large language models (LLMs)

• Background in NLP / LLM training and chatbot development
