This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries and customer segments.
• Act as the principal customer-facing representative and liaison between Coupa and its clients.
• Create and implement mutual success plans, engagement strategies, and frameworks that yield measurable results.
• Guide customers in transforming their Business Spend Management processes to enhance value and efficiency.
• Build trusted advisor relationships, offering strategic guidance and advocating for internal customer needs.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and coordination of internal resources.
• Align, monitor, and adapt customer business goals using the customer engagement model.
• Collaborate within the Coupa ecosystem to enhance gross and net revenue retention as well as achieve defined business outcomes.
• Transform customers into advocates by organizing events, webinars, case studies, and analyst references.
• Cultivate relationships that lead to references, peer-to-peer influence, and improvements in NPS.
• Share best practices, challenge conventional thinking, and provide feedback to enhance Customer Value Management.
• Work with, mentor, and guide customer teams; partner with pre-sales, post-sales, product, and other internal groups.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in P2P and/or S2C domain expertise.
• Preferably, experience in customer/client management through consulting/BPO or S2C SaaS software/solutions.
• Natural collaboration skills with a focus on big-picture, win-win negotiation techniques.
• Resilience in difficult and repetitive situations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that emphasizes outcome-oriented problem solving.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and data analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain executive relationships using effective influencing strategies.
• Project management proficiency, including the ability to manage various cross-functional internal, customer, and third-party teams.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
