This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for CCO weekly meetings, QBRs, and customer health assessments.
• Provide reporting layers that analyze segment trends, reason codes, usage fidelity, and lookback accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success leadership to establish logic, verify signals, and assess risk and expansion alerts.
• Validate results, define requirements, and document constraints across scoring tools, churn/expansion models, and predictive analytics.
• Create analytical frameworks for cohort trends, rate-of-change metrics, and book anomalies.
• Sustain data models that link customer value achievement with product feedback requests.
• Query and cleanse multi-source data from Snowflake, Salesforce, and Gong.
• Work alongside Data Operations to address fundamental data quality challenges.
• Report directly to the Director of Customer Journey and Outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success analytics, revenue analytics, or business intelligence.
• Solid foundational understanding of GRR, NRR, churn, expansion, and health scores.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries independently.
• Experience in creating executive-ready dashboards using Tableau, Coefficient, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with evaluating, validating, and documenting predictive models or scoring outputs.
• Knowledge of cloud data environments such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Capability to independently investigate data anomalies and distill complex metrics into actionable insights.
• Ability to utilize modern AI tools for data exploration, rapid synthesis, and process automation.
• Relevant experience with Procore systems or post-sales GTM operations may be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in post-sales revenue operations within enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms may be considered beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with GTM operations and data engineering teams to develop GTM reporting models may be relevant.
