This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth by fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize sales expertise and HR technology knowledge to oversee a varied portfolio of current clients.
• Build robust client relationships through strategic discussions that align solutions with business goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless transitions between Sales and Customer Success.
• Perform business reviews to evaluate and confirm the value derived from products, developing customized action plans.
• Manage and advance opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from identifying needs to finalizing renewals and expansions.
• Acquire and sustain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within HR technology solutions (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of accounts, securing renewals, and driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Strong sales skills, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with HR and L&D decision-makers.
• Proficient analytical skills with the capability to utilize data to inform client discussions and identify opportunities.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
